scroll down on start new topic or reply and check the box marked Attach Image (s)
Click the browse button to search for the picture (s) you want on your hard drive.
Click upload
it will then ask you is you want the images to be attatched or inserted in your post. Select insert for everyone to see it easily!
Don't forget to finish writing your post and to click the post button! Unfortunately, I've found this method does kill any animation in the picture. To have an image animated, you must first upload it to somewhere on the net. Be SURE that where ever you choose allows what they call 'hot linking'. Personally I use Photobucket. Then you can simply, copy and paste the picture into your post or use that tiny picture icon (the tree picture), and type in the picture's url.
