1 lb ground beef, well browned1/2 pound ground carrots1 medium onion, ground1 tsp salt1 -2 tsp curry (to taste)1 bouquet garni (caradamom seed, cinnamon stick, cloves, wrapped in cheese cloth)beef bullion After beef is browned and drained. add other ingrediants and water to cover. Simmer for at least an hour. Better if 2 - 3 hours. Until almost dry. Remove bouquet garni and serve over rice. serves 6.
