Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato cross wise into 1/8 inch slices, cutting to but not through the bottom of the potato. Place on baking sheet. Combine the butter and remaining ingredients, brush over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
