3/4 c chopped walnuts or pecans 1 large pkg cream cheese 1 tall can crushed pineapple drained 1 pkg orange gelatin 1 c boiling water 1 can Solo apricot filling. Place nuts in greased mold.* In a seperate bowl, cream the cheese well and add drained pineapple. Cover nuts with cheese mixture and put in fridge to chill. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Stir in the Solo apricot filling. Pour over the cheese mixture and refridgerate until set. * Try adding to cream cheese mixture instead.
