1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolat chunks (semi-sweet chips can be used)
1/2 cup white chocolate baking pieces (white chocolate chips can be used)
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
** If using self-rising flour, omit salt & baking soda
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Combine Butter flavored Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Beat into creamed mixture at low speed until blended.
STIR in walnuts, chocolate chunks, white chocolate and milk chocolate chips. Drop 2 level measuring tablespoons of dough into a mound for each cookie. Place 3-inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes(cookies will aprea moist). Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. (HINT: Do not overbake. Cookies contnue baking during the 2 minutes on the baking sheet.) Remove to cooling rack.
