Ingredients: 1 slice bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2-1/2 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes or 8 packets Equal® sweetener or 1/3 cup Equal® Spoonful
12 ounces fully cooked roast beef, thinly sliced
4 kaiser rolls (optional)

Instructions: Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces; cook in medium saucepan over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until almost cooked. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and onion is tender, stirring constantly. Combine ketchup, apple juice, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; add to bacon mixture. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until flavors are blended, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in Equal® and sliced beef. Serve warm on rolls, if desired
