Like the title say's.it's summer time,in which It's hot.and I need to start preparing for the possibility of power outages.to me.that includes rechargeable fan's.maybe a power bank or two.and use them for a cooling system of some kind. I'm living in a apartment for now.so I'm limited to what I can do.going camping might work during the outage.but only if it don't last to long.taking a cold shower time to time can work.keeping door(s) and windows open is a small help.if any.

I live in an apartment with no a/c. Something I've found that seems to help on those really hot days is to close the curtains/blinds what have you. The sunshine only heats the place up more. I also tend to close the windows, which sounds crazy, but I then place the fans so that as they blow across the room, the air hits a wall/closed door/window etc. and bounces BACK into the room.  It seems to almost double what the fans can do.

I moved at the 1st of the year.in which I went from central heat/ac to window ac units.the living room don't have a ceiling fan.so I use a 3 foot tall Tower fan..and the ceiling fan in the bedroom.and the ac window units in both rooms.even then.i only use the one in the bedroom when needed, to keep the electric bill down.
