5 4.5 oz tins of bakes green chillies
10 oz of shredded monteray jack cheese (halapeno pepper flavoured is yummiest)
5 eggs
Using a casserole dish,  alternate spreading chillies and cheese.
When full pour whiped eggs over.
Bake for 1.5 hours at 350F
Perfect for the main meal or a lazy Sunday brunch.
I have found however many tins of chillies used I use one egg.
If I have ripe tomatoes I'll dice and mix them with the chillies.
It's a hit at any potluck party.
