6 oz fresh spinach ( about 6 cups) torn into bite size pieces 1 c thickly sliced strawberries 1 c blueberrurs, trimmed 1 sm red onion thinly sliced 1/2 c chopped pecans dressing 2 T balsamic vinegar 1 T and 1 tsp honey 1 tsp curry powder 2 tsp dijon mustard
Wash and dry spinach. Whip together dressing ingrediants. Add to spinach and toss lightly. Add strawberries, onion and pecans. Toss lightly and serve.
