1 c. diced cooked potatoes 1 c. diced cooked carrots 1 c. cooked peas 1 can pimento, chopped 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 c. French salad dressing 1/2 head lettuce 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
Combine potatoes, carrots, peas, pimentos, onion and parsley with French dressing. Chill 1 hour. Add lettuce in bite-size pieces; toss.
