ORANGE BUTTERMILK SALAD

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
1 pkg (6 oz) orange jello
2 c buttermilk
1 carton (8 oz) cool whip thawed
    Put pineapple in small sauce pan and bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add in the jello, stirring until dissolved. Add the buttermilk. Cool until room temperature. Fold in cool whip, and pour into a 11x7x2 dish
    Refridgerate several hours or overnight. Cut into squares.
