2 small pkgs orange jello 2 c hot water 1 c apricot Nector sm can crushed pineapple ( save the juice) Miniature marshmellows TOPPING: 1c apricot Nector 1 c pineapple juice 1 c sugar 2 eggs beaten
salad: combine ingreadiants except pineapple juice Place in 9x12 cake pan ( preferrably glass) and cover with miniature marshmellows. Put in fridge and let it set. topping: Mix and cook all ingrediants until thick. Let cool and add whip cream and spread over salad.
