Take one large joint of belly pork, score the skin and rub in oil, rub a crushed garlic clove into it, and spread mustard over, pat breadcrumbs over it, then roast in hot stove until cooked through and golden and crunchy.
mmmmmmmmmmmmm, mouth watering
