2 Eggs (see note at bottom) 1/3 tsp Lemon extract 1 1/3 cups Evaporated Milk 1/4 tsp Instant Coffee 1/2 tsp. Chocolate Syrup 1/4 c. granulated Sugar 1 tbls (real) Vanilla 1 3/4 c. Irish Whiskey
Place eggs,evaporated milk,chocolate syrup,vanilla,lemon extract,coffee granules, sugar and whisky in a blende; blend well. Bottle in glass bottles, and let set in frig at least 2 weeks before serving.
(NOTE) This recipe has fresh eggs in it. Be sure to use clean uncracked eggs, and keep liquor refrigerated or on ice. This Beverage can be kept up to no longer than 3 months.
