Ingredients:
3 cups Cane Spirits (white rum will do as well) 1 small bottle Vanilla essence
20 teaspoons high grade instant coffee 2 pints water
2 pounds brown sugar
Method:
Boil water, add instant coffee and mix. Add sugar and mix till dissolved. Allow to cool.
Add vanilla essence and Cane Spirits (or rum). When completely cold, bottle and allow
to stand for a few weeks before using.
