Ingredients:
½ cup water
¼ tsp chicken stock powder
½ tbs sweet chilli sauce
½ tbs light soy sauce
½ tbs balsamic vinegar or rice wine vinegar
¼ tsp brown or palm sugar
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and serve in individual tiny saucers.
This recipe makes 3 - 4 serves as a dipping sauce for pot-stickers or steamed/fried Asian dumplings.
It also makes 2 generous serves if you simply wish to pour it over your dumplings.
